Outsource Kosovo (previously Outsource Prishtina) was established as a pioneering platform to bridge the gap between international clients seeking reliable outsourcing solutions and the growing pool of talented businesses in Kosovo. It aimed to provide a secure and efficient marketplace for various BPO services.

My Role & Contributions
1Platform Development Lead
Collaborated with developers and engineers throughout the build process, translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing platform architecture.
2Project Management
Central project manager defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring milestones were met.
3Operations Management
Oversaw day-to-day platform operations including user support, vendor management, transaction monitoring (escrow), and maintaining SLAs.
4SEO & SEM Strategy
Developed and executed search engine optimization and marketing campaigns to increase organic visibility and drive targeted client acquisition.
5Business Development
Identified and onboarded clients seeking outsourcing services and Kosovo-based businesses to list on the platform.
