As co-creator and executive producer, my responsibilities included shaping the show's concept, overseeing production logistics, and ensuring the final product was both informative and engaging for the target audience.

The goal was to create a seamless online journey reflecting Kujtesa’s commitment to innovation and customer care, while optimizing for search visibility.

My work also involved digital marketing and SEO efforts to ensure the platform was optimized for visibility, shareability, and outreach, ultimately helping the campaign reach a broader audience beyond its initial political focus.

Implemented critical technical SEO enhancements tailored for news platforms, including optimizing schema markup for articles, improving site speed for better user experience and core web vitals, and refining indexation strategies to boost visibility in search results for timely, breaking news content.

Led targeted optimization efforts aimed at enhancing overall site performance. This included improving page load speeds, ensuring full mobile responsiveness across devices, and refining backend processes to improve stability and user experience, ultimately supporting better reader retention and search engine rankings.

Translated data insights into actionable recommendations for significant architectural changes and UI/UX enhancements. The objective was to directly address user pain points, improve content discoverability, increase reader engagement metrics, and extend average session duration on the platform.
